This photo shows the black sand of Tenerife. The colored ones might be fragments of colored glass or stones, each piece of approximate 1 mm in size. What seems to be nice and colorful from the macro perspective, becomes a monochrome “black” (indeed dark grey) beach if observed from a greater distance.
Here is another really tiny thing. The body of this spider had been apx. 3-4 mm small. I was really astonished to discover a kind of thorns on its legs. Fascinating, isn’t it?
Guess what this is? Pebbles? Yea, a kind of really tiny pebbles. Most of them less than one millimeter small. I used my macro adapter to take a photo at the beach. It is nothing but sand.
